- To reserve, send an email to the merchant with the following details:

- A confirmation will be sent through email if all details are complete
- No-show on date of reservation will render the voucher forfeited

- One voucher is good for one day pass for one person for one-time use only; minimum of 2 vouchers required to avail
- For kids 4 ft. and below, kindly purchase your passes directly at the resort to avail of the exclusive rate for kids

- All guests must fill out and submit the waiver form before entering the waterpark

- Cooked food and drinks are allowed inside the resort (to be placed in non-breakable containers only)
- Sharp pointed objects, firearms, deadly weapons, and highly flammable items are strictly prohibited inside the rooms and waterpark for safety reasons
- Electrical appliances other than those provided by the resort are not allowed (220 V is being used in all electrical outlets)
- Guests are allowed to bring in a maximum of 4 cans of 350-ml beers only per person
- Pets are only allowed at the resort from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Pets are allowed within the beach area only and are not allowed for check in and in the waterpark area
- The Bubble Foam Party’s schedule is subject to availability and discretion of the seller
- Pools may not be available at some days due to preventive pool maintenance or other factors; kindly check with the merchant first for their availability
